my fingers are dyed red

from all the strawberries we picked today. A morning at the berry farm, an afternoon ripping things out of the backyard and planting more seeds in the freshly filled raised bed, and an evening prepping said berries for jam production this week, makes me a tired girl. I’m looking for a strawberry-rhubarb jam recipe that doesn’t require a truckload of sugar and am holding my eyelids up with toothpicks. So I’ll leave you with this great opinion article from the New York Times and let you ask yourselves why, exactly, do we need to medicate our meat supply.
